7Hats was founded by Charlie Manger after working in international development, finance, and trade for more than 30 years as trusted advisor, executive, owner-operator and educator in more than 50 countries. His extensive work in strategic analysis and planning for value-chain development and turnkey projects in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States made an indelible impression – the most important problems to solve transcend individual and siloed businesses, sectors, and even nations!

Charlie has since been joined by a diverse team from around the world with cross disciplinary expertise in law, finance, operations, innovation, venture capital, design, and technology.
